Will I see the design before my event?

Yes! About 1 to 2 weeks out, we send you a custom mock-up of your setup. Two rounds of revisions are included, so everything feels exactly like her.

We coordinate access with you or your host and set everything up before you arrive. You walk in, and it's done.

Do you take everything down too?

Yes, breakdown is included. We come back at your scheduled time and take care of everything, so you don't lift a finger.

How does fridge stocking work?

You place and pay for your grocery order at the store closest to your rental, and our team picks it up and stocks your fridge before you arrive.

The Team Behind the Moment

a full-service celebration studio

Our team of designers, stylists and setup crew has brought 1,000+ celebrations to life across Arizona, with 287 five-star reviews to show for it. We create from our own studio space, Party Hub Studios, and partner with our sister brands Muddle Fresh and Laud Collective so every detail is handled in-house.

Founded by Laura, Founder & Creative Director, who was raised in a family of business owners and still asks one question of every event: how do we want her to feel the moment she walks in?
