Terms & Conditions

AZ Bachelorette Party™

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to AZ Bachelorette Party™. By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or booking services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment Terms

A non-refundable retainer (typically 50% of the total investment unless otherwise stated) is required to secure your event date, design time, inventory allocation, and staffing.

Dates are not reserved until payment is received.

The remaining balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event date unless otherwise specified in writing. If the event date is within fourteen (14) days of booking, full payment is due immediately.

Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services without refund.

2. Non-Refundable Retainer

All retainers are non-refundable.

Upon payment, AZ Bachelorette Party™ removes the event date from availability, begins design development, reserves inventory, allocates staff, and may begin purchasing custom or specialty materials.

Because of this allocation of resources, retainers cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • 30+ days prior to event: Retainer forfeited.

  • 14–29 days prior to event: 75% of total invoice due.

  • 0–13 days prior to event: 100% of total invoice due.

Custom materials, specialty rentals, floral orders, printed materials, and personalized items are non-refundable once ordered.

4. Design Adjustments & Item Reductions

Once an invoice is approved and inventory or materials are reserved, items may not be removed or reduced without written approval from AZ Bachelorette Party™.

Any approved reductions are at the sole discretion of the company and do not guarantee price adjustments.

Design modifications requested within fourteen (14) days of the event may incur additional fees.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a client initiates a payment dispute or chargeback:

  • Services may be immediately paused.

  • The remaining balance may become immediately due.

  • The client agrees to provide written confirmation from their financial institution withdrawing the dispute before services resume.

  • The client is responsible for any processing, administrative, or legal fees incurred as a result of the dispute.

By submitting payment, the client certifies they are the authorized cardholder or have authorization from the cardholder.

6. Third-Party Payment Responsibility

If a third party submits payment on behalf of the client, the paying party assumes financial responsibility for the full invoice amount.

AZ Bachelorette Party™ reserves the right to require written authorization and identification from the paying party.

7. Rescheduling

One (1) reschedule request may be granted if submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the event date and is subject to availability.

Rescheduling within thirty (30) days of the event may result in additional fees.

Custom materials and specialty items already ordered are non-transferable.

8. Creative Discretion

AZ Bachelorette Party™ retains artistic discretion in the execution of all designs.

Due to supply chain availability and safety considerations, substitutions of equal or greater value may occur in florals, balloons, linens, rentals, or décor elements.

Color variations may occur due to lighting, material dye lots, and digital screen differences.

Final installations reflect professional standards and safety regulations.

9. Venue & Access Requirements

The client is responsible for:

  • Securing venue permission

  • Providing access windows

  • Ensuring adequate power supply (if required)

  • Providing loading/unloading access

  • Securing parking arrangements

Delays caused by venue restrictions, security policies, or lack of access may result in additional labor charges.

10. Weather Policy

Outdoor installations are weather-dependent.

AZ Bachelorette Party™ reserves the right to modify, relocate, delay, or cancel installations due to weather conditions, including but not limited to wind, rain, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions.

No refunds will be issued due to weather-related safety decisions.

11. Rental Responsibility & Damages

The client is responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged rental items.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Broken glassware

  • Wax damage beyond normal use

  • Damaged linens

  • Balloon installations tampered with by guests

  • Missing décor items

Replacement or repair costs will be invoiced within seven (7) days following the event.

12. Alcohol & Guest Conduct

AZ Bachelorette Party™ is not responsible for guest conduct, alcohol consumption, or any incidents arising from intoxication.

If mobile bar services are provided under a related brand or partner, separate terms may apply.

13. Limitation of Liability

AZ Bachelorette Party™ is not liable for:

  • Acts of God

  • Venue restrictions

  • Third-party vendor failures

  • Guest injuries

  • Property damage not caused directly by company negligence

Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for services.

14. Photography & Marketing Usage

AZ Bachelorette Party™ reserves the right to photograph, film, and use event images and footage for marketing, website, social media, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the event.

15. Website & Intellectual Property
